Just having returned home after completed the 8 Km Fat Choi Run 2006 despite my sored and tight left foot
In fact my completion time (37 mins 32 secs) was 2 mins+ faster than my record last year
The warm weather is perfect for running, and might be a little bit hot
Enjoying the rave pretty much
HKLRRC had done a nice job today
By the way having completed all six races in January 2006

Having completed the 15 Km in 1 hr 24 mins in the morning at Sai Kung today
The weather was perfect for running
However I was too relax and jogged for 10 Km in 58 mins before adding more effort to complete the final 5 Km
I enjoy the running ver much today, especially meeting a friend (not seen for a while) at the finishing point

Hong Kong Half Marathon 2006
I attended the Mizuno Hong Kong Half Marathon in the morning today
Unluckily wearing too much clothes getting me nearly overheated during the run
The worst matter was my legs gatting cramp in turn after 17 Km
I guess I have to train up my centre fitness and running distance weekly in the coming future
Still enjoying the race anyway

Sir Cecil's Ride
Having a 13 km running exercise at Sir Cecil's Ride in the afternoon today
Despite those numerous hikers jamming on the trail, I enjoyed my running today
Unfortunately a large portion of the trail has been covered with "breathless" cement between the shelter and Mount Butler Rd
The HK government choose to cover every trail with cement is extremely stupid indeed
