Just completed the 8 Km race ( Tsuen Wan District Run for Welcoming Beijing Olympic 荃灣區迎北京奧運長跑比賽 ) in a medium speed of 40 mins 30 secs+ in the warm and humid weather in the early morning today.
Luckily there was no rain during the race. I found it rained densely after I returned to Hong Kong Island.
A nice race organized anyway.
It's nice to meet so many members of hkrunners.com including Keith. Stella, Oldster, MikeC, Vienne, Stanley. I'm also glad to meet other members from longrun.hk including "slow speed kid", Onon, Alex and others. Thanks the father of Kenneth for taking group pictures for us.
