Charity Run for the sufferers of Sichuan Earthquake - 08/5/18

Just completed a 5.6 Km charity run (4 laps) in 31 mins+ at the Happy Valley Sports Ground in the early morning today.

The event was organized by HK Running Camp.

It's nice to meet LEE Kar Lun and many other runners today.

RRAC 8 Km Summer Run 2008 - 08/5/11

Just completed the 8 Km RRAC Summer Run in the cooler morning at Ma On Shan in the early morning today.

I managed to complete the race in a slow time of 42 mins.

However I still enjoyed the race and was very happy to meet so many runners friends including my younger brother, Alain, Suzanne, Ruldolf, Marshall, Mike C, Vienne, Simon, Connie, CHIN and many others.

Thanks to the great organizing by RRAC again.

Malcolm Phillips 5 Km Memorial Run - 08/5/10

Just completed the mildly hilly race in the cooler afternoon at Wan Chai Gap today.

Despite my result was not good due to growing fat and lack of condition, I still enjoy the race pretty much.

The souvenir was a towel instead of a tee and was more practical to me.

Another nice race held by AVOHK again.

Southern District 4 Km Beach Run - 08/4/26

Just having completed the 4 Km SDH Beach Run in the sunny and warm afternoon at Repulse Bay.

Running on the sand is really difficult despite it's just several hundred metres in the beginning of the race.I still managed to complete the race in 19 mins+ and was pretty satisfied already.

An old lady runner tried to take over me at the half way and stimulated me to run further faster and ran to the finishing point with faster speed.

Another nice race organized again. However the "silly" words by the MC reallt stained the race.
