Just having completed the 8.8 Km run ( 慶祝工聯會60週年暨奧運倒數60天長跑比賽 ) in a slow time of 49 mins+ in the extremely hot and humid morning today.
The long and boring opening ceremony delayed the run for almost 15 minutes. The 1st group including me had to stand in the heat and I felt pretty sleepy (only slept for 3 hrs).
However I found a fun way to cheer me up by shouting to the hosts to speed up the procedure.
Since the 2nd group did not postponed accordingly I soon found myself barrier to those fast runners.
The organizer better do more job to improve it next time.
