Thaiquain Cup 10 Km Race - 2008/8/31

I completed the Thaiquain Cup 10 Km Race 2008 ( 第24屆 泰基 盃10公里賽 ) in a very slow time of 60 mins+. The hot and unforgivable sun really made me surrender, and I had to complete the 1st 2 Km in 13 mins+.

However I was so happy to see so many runners friends including, Mag, Ivy, my brother gary, Ruldolf, Marshall, Ray, MJ, Stanley and other LongRun.hk's member. Also happy to see CHIN, Mike of hkrunners.com, and ball, sarah from SSHH, Ah Lui, Ma Wong, Rita from yahoo blog.

Despite having such a disappointed finished time, I felt happy after the run.

I guess lacking of sleeping (3.5 hrs) could be my excuse for the poor result.

AVOHK 5 Km Race I 2008 - 08/9/6

Having completed the AVOHK 5 Km Race I 2008 at Wanchai Gap in the afternoon in a satisfactory time of 28 mins today.

The trail was sightly hilly, muddy and slippery, but luckily I did not need to walk after a long queue today.

I was happy to meet so many runners friends including MJ, nc, sportfighter, CHIN, Sarah and others.
