TWAC 10 K Evening Race 2009 - 09/7/12

Completed the TWAC 10 K Evening Race ( 荃灣田徑會 主席紀念盃 10公里 黃昏賽 ) in a slow time of 53 mins in the hot temperature of 33 C on 2009/7/12.

However the time was already 2 mins faster than my time in the same race last year.

Thanks TWAC for the excellent organization of the race. ^.^

Hongkongrunners.com group running 2009 - 09/7/5

Having a 9 Km lite group running with members of hkrunners.com in the warm afternoon on 2009/7/5 after the heavy shower.

I nearly walked all the uphill session at Chai Wan Road.

Still enjoyed the run.

I was so lucky that it started to rain heavily soon after I returned home and watched the ending of Keroro.^.^
