SCM Half Marathon 2010 - 2010/2/28

Completed the SCM Half Marathon in my PW of 129 mins earlier.

The insomnia last evening and high humidity today really made me to pay off in the last 3 kms.

Both my legs and even my left arm began to cramp.

What a disappointing race in 2010.>.<
