Adidas AVOHK 5 K series 2010 Race 1 (Tai Tam Tuk) - 2010/8/28

Just completed the AVOHK 5K Race ( 元老體育會 五公里 系列賽 2010 ) I at Tai Tam Tuk ( 大潭篤 水塘 ) in a moderate slow time of 27:54 mins in the sunny afternoon on 2010/8/28 (Saturday).

Had to walk 200 m in the 1 K uphill route but speeding up while returning downhill^.^

Moreover I managed to overtake an expatriate runner (who was stronger & taller than me) before the finishing line.

Nice to meet Dennis and his friend James^.^

Chung Hing Cup 10 K Race 2010 - 2010/8/15

Completed the Chung Hing Cup 10 K Race 2010 ( 第十屆「中興杯」荃灣10k - 超級夏日挑戰賽 ) in the sightly warm morning on 2010/8/15 in a moderate speed of 52:48 mins (5:16:80 / Km).

Despite felt exhausted after the race, I still enjoyed the race^.^ Nice to meet so many runner friends!

K-Swiss King of the City 3.3 K 2010 - 2010/8/8

Just completed my 1st King of the City 3.3 Km Race ( K-Swiss 城市之王 2010 ) in a moderate time of 14:44 mins (4:46/Km). Despite having back pain, but I enjoyed the short race in such cooler weather this morning^.^

Nice to meet so many runners friends from LongRun.hk, Heavy Metal Union and Leisure Runners Club.
