Completed the extremely uphill Kadoorie Brothers 5.3 km Memorial Run 2012 in a very slow time of 46:34 mins in the hot and humid morning today !

Despite the slow completion time, I still enjoyed the race as usual.

I felt difficult in the race because I skipped running exercise for 6 days before the race.

Still enjoyed the race as usual and felt great to see many runners friends in the race@@
