Singapore trip - 20 - 23 October 2012

Having paid a short visit to Singapore from 20 to 23 October 2012 and took some snap shots during the trip by my Galaxy SII and Nikon Coolpix digial camera.

AVOHK 5 K Series 2012 Race IV (South Bay) - 13 Oct 2012

I managed to completed AVOHK 5 K Series 2012 Race IV (South Bay) on 13 Oct 2012 in a moderate slow time of 24 mins 45 secs on a slightly warm and sunny morning.

Nice to meet many runners friends as usual.

Despite my speed was slow, I enjoyed the race as usual.
