Amway 10K Healthy Run 2012 - 11 March 2012

Just completed Amway 10K Healthy Run 2012 in a moderate time of 48:45 mins.

My friend's GPS measured the distance being 9.6 Km.

Despite the cold temperature, still enjoyed the race^.^

Nice to meet many runners friends in the race!

ANS Shatin 10K Race 2012 - 4 Mar 2012

Completed the ANS Shatin 10K in an extremely slow time of 51:57 mins in the cool but humid morning today.

Got injured while slipped to the ground at the 5Km turning point.

Still enjoyed anyway^.^

Departmental Annual Road Race (3.5 Km) 2012 - 18 Feb 2012

Completed the Departmental Annual Road Race (3.5K) in a moderate slow speed of 16:56 mins in the slightly cool morning on 18 Feb 2012.

The weather was perfect for running indeed.

However a charity walk just begun before the race making the race course more crowding than Mongkok^.^

Got 2nd place in my category!

AVOHK Reservoir Cup 2011 - 2012 (Tai Lam) - 4 Dec 2011

Completed 12K AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race III (Tai Tam Reservoir) in a slow time of 72 mins 13 secs in the slightly warm morning on 12 Feb 2012.

It's my 1st run after completed SCM Full Marathon on last Sunday.

It's really a tough recovery run to me - enjoyed though^.^

SCM Full Marathon 2012 - 5 Feb 2012

Completed my 2nd SCM full marathon in an extremely slow time of 4:53:32 hrs in the warm and humid weather on 5 Feb 2012.



My legs began to cramp soon after crossed the Kwai Tsing Tunnel. The full marathon then became a torturing walk and run to me! The last 6 Kms after West Harbour Tunnel seems a never ending journey to me.



Felt so sad that a young HM runner died after crossing the finishing line!

Completed the Dowman 12.5K race in a moderate slow time of 69 mins 9 secs at the slightly hilly High Island Reservoir in the morning on 28 Jan 2012.

The temperature was quite warm and my long sleeves running sleeves made me sweated a lot.


Despite my completion time was slow, I still enjoyed the race^.^

Completed the hilly China Coast Half Marathon in a very slow time of 2 hrs 3 mins+ under the extremely foggy & cool weather earlier today.


Both my legs cramped after I crossed the finishing line.


Tough but enjoyed^.^

Completed the Mizuno Half Marathon 2012 in a very slow time of 1 hr 58 mins 48 secs.


My right lower leg even began to cramp after 19 Km. Despite the result was disappointing, I still enjoyed the race.^.^
