AXA Streetathon 10K Race 2014 - 23 March 2014

Completed the AXA Streetathon 10K Race 2014 in a sunny and warm morning in the down town of Kowloon East for the first time in a moderate slow time of 53:35 mins on 23 March 2014.

The race was well organized with many volunteers and cheer up team members along the race course which making the atmosphere very heat and warm.  However some of the race course was limited to the pedestrian path which caused some traffic jam to those slow runners.

Despite I still ran slow, I found the race enjoyable.  However the choice of starting ceremony's guest of LAM CHENG Yuet Ngor was probably a wrong one.

Power of Love 10K Race 2014 - 16 Mar 2014

Completed the Power of Love 10K Race 2014 in a warm morning on 16 Mar 2014 in a moderate slow time of 54:18 mins.

Despite my completion time was slow, already felt satisfied after absence from running for two weeks.

Jessica Run (8Km) 2014 - 2 Mar 2014

Completed the Jessica Run (8Km) Run in a foggy, humid and slightly warm morning on 2 March 2014 in a moderate slow time of 43:50 mins.

Having run this race with another runner friend for several year. Unfortunately he could not join this race anymore, because he passed away in late 2013.  Still felt so sad for his passing away while he was so young.

I ran slow but still enjoyed the race!

Dowman Road Race 2014 - 8 Feb 2014

Completed the hilly 12.5 Km Dowman Road Race at Sai Kung High Island Reservoir in a slow time of 69:45 mins in the cool morning on 8 Feb 2014.  The temperature was slightly cool but was very good for running race.

Despite my running speed was slow but still enjoyed the race as usual.

Taipei Trip 2014 - 25 - 28 Jan 2014

I had a four days short visit to Taiwan in January 2014 and paid visit to Kilung, Taipei City, Jiufen and Yilan during the trip.  The weather was fine and warm, and I had a chance to visit the bathing duck in Kilung before it left.

Mizuno Fat Choy Run 2014 (about 7.2 Km) - 2 Feb 2014

Completed the Mizuno Fat Choy Run 2014 (about 7.2 Km) on a sunny and warm morning on 2 Feb 2014 in a moderate slow time of 41:57 mins.

Despite my completion time was slow, still enjoyed the race as usual.

Nice to meet many runners friends in the race, and some of them had very outstanding running dresses.

Departmental Road Race 2014 (3.62 Km) - 18 Jan 2014

Completed the Departmental Road Race 2014 (3.62 Km) in a slightly warm morning on 18 Jan 2014 in a slow time of 17:01 mins on The Peak and ranked 48 among 151 runners.

Despite my completion time was slow, I still could win a 1st runner-up prize in my own category.  Enjoyed the race as usual.

The Clearwater Bay 10K Chase 2014 - 12 Jan 2014

Completed The Clearwater Bay 10K Chase 2014 in a slightly warm morning in a very slow pacing of 59 mins.  The race course was full of ups and downs plus my lacking of training result in this completion time.

Despite my performance was bad, still enjoyed the race as usual.

Mizuno Half Marathon Challenge 2014 - 5 Jan 2014

With my new Asics GT2000 I completed the Mizuno Half Marathon Challenge 2014 in an extremely slow time of 2:09 mins.  In fact I tried to keep my run at a comfortable pacing of 6 mins / Km or even slower pacing.

No doubt it's a disappointing completion time, but I still enjoyed the race as usual.

Cheung Chau New Year 10K Race 2014 - 1 Jan 2014

Completed the hilly Cheung Chau New Year 10K Run 2014 in the slightly warm morning on 1 Jan 2014 in a slow time of 64 mins.

The ups and downs course seems never ending when I tried hard to complete the race!

Despite the completion time was slow, still enjoyed the race very much!
