Completed the Thaiquain Cup 10K Race in an extremely slow time of 59:14 mins in the very hot weather in the morning on 18/9/2011.

Nearly suffered from heat stroke since I felt cold and a little dizzy after crossing the finishing line^.^

Nice to meet many runners friends before and during the race^.^

AVOHK 5K Series 2011 Race I - Tai Tam Tuk (27/8/2011)

Completed the AVOHK 5K Race I at Tai Tam Tuk in a very slow time of 29:26 mins in the afternoon on 27.8.2011 in the extremely hot wet and humid weather.

Not totally recovered from the influenza, and I had to walk most of the uphill course. Had to speed a lot in the downhill course to catch up some time and runners in the downhill course.

It's nice to see so many runners' friends in the race.

Enjoyed the run anyway^.^

Chung Hing Cup 10K Race 2011 - 14/8/2011

Completed my 8th Chung Hing Cup 10K in a slow time of 52:48 mins in the extremely hot & humid morning (32C / 94%) on 14/8/2011 (Sunday). Nice to meet so many runners friends in the race.

Despite felt exhausted after the race, still enjoyed^.^

Completed the K-Swiss King of City 3.3 K Race in a pretty slow time of 15:56 mins in the extremely sunny and hot morning (32C) on 7/8/201 (1:12 mins slower than my time in the same race last year).

Still enjoyed anyway^.^

Completed the 精準定速挑戰盃 6Km Race at a ruined land at Disneyland Hong Kong in a sunny, hot & humid morning on 17.7.2011.

Running on both grassland and cement pavement was a new experience to me!

Still enjoyed anyway.

TWAC Evening 10K Race 2011 - 10.7.2011

Just completed the TWAC Evening 10 K Run 2011 ( 荃灣田徑會主席紀念盃10公里黃昏賽 2011 )in a fairly slow time of 54:09 mins at 17:40 hrs today.

33C and 90 % humidity was really too hot and humid for me to run. Enjoyed the race anyway^.^

Solo hike from Mt Parker to Stanley - 11/6/2011

I conducted a solo hiking from Mount Parker to Stanley in the hot and unstable weather on 11/6/2011 via the reverse direction of the Island Trail.

It started to rain cats and dogs when I reach HK Parkview to have a brief stop and icy Coke Zero at the kiosk of Pokfulam Reservoir.

I still found it quite frustrating to walk up The Twins where I had to stop for many times to catch my breathe.

Anyway I still enjoyed the hike and took some snap shots.

Yuen Long Festival 8Km Race 2011 - 29/5/2011

Having completed the Yuen Long Festival 8Km Run 2011 at Tin Shui Wai in the hot morning on 29/5/2011. Despite feeling exhausted after the race, I still enjoyed the running.

Having completed the Heavy Metal Union Annual 5.6K Challenge 2011 at Happy Valley Sports Ground in the extremely hot afternoon on 28/5/2011.

The race was well organized with good atomsphere. Thanks Coach KAM, Kitty and other helpers for organizing such a good game.

Despite felt exhausted after the race, I really enjoyed.

Kyushu Trip - 2011/5/14 - 18

Having a short visit to Kyushu from 14/5/2011 to 18/5/2011, and took some snap shorts during the trip.

The extremely fine weather made the tour very enjoyable^.^

Immigration 7K Invitation Race - 2011/3/12

Completed the Immigration 7K Invitation Race 2011 at Plover Cove Reservoir in a moderate slow time of 33:45 mins in the morning on 12.3.2011.The weather was cool and cloudy which was ideal for running race. However there were many flying tiny insects along the dam which was quite annoying.

AVOHK Adidas Reservoir Cup Race III (Tai Tam Reservoir) - 2011/2/27

Completed the AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race III (11 Km)'s hilly route at Tai Tam Reservoir in a moderate time of 1:11:10 hr in the slightly warm morning today. Despite the tiredness and sore legs never left me during the race, I still managed to shed 2 mins from the completion time of last year. Enjoyed^.^

Departmental Road Race 2011 (3.52 Km) - 2011/2/26

Completed the Departmental Road Race 2011 (3.52 Km) at The Peak in a moderate slow time of 16:30 mins today.

Despite it's liked fast jogging to me, I already shed 44 secs off from my completion time last year. Enjoyed^.^

The weather and temperature today was fine and cool which was nearly perfect for running race.

Standard Charted Marathon 2011 (Full Marathon) - 2011/2/20

Completed my debut full marathon in Standard Chartered Marathon 2011 ( 2011 渣打馬拉松 ) in a moderate slow time of 4:24:18 hrs.In fact I only did a single long distance session of 25 Km once in my life three years ago, and there was a middle 30 mins break to have drink at 7-11. Otherwise half marathon are already my longest training.

Honestly the distance of 42.195 Km is totally out of my range and beyond my ability.Apart from being a full marathon, this was a talent test to me^.^So many thanks to the photographers and add oil during the course especially in Causeway Bay. Sorry for failing to respond cause I was 101 % exhausted and crampling.Especially thanks a Ctse of Thaiquain (forgot her name) for giving me encouragement in the last 2 Km otherwise I might have to walk all the way to the finishing line.
