Thaiquain Cup 10 Km 2007 - 07/9/2
Just having completed the captioned race in a pretty slow time of 57 mins in the morning today.
The hot and humid weather really created a serious problem to me.
I felt very tire and hungry at 7 Km, and the only thing come across my mind was food and drinks.
I also lacked of training with only one 6 Km evening run last week.
However I still enjoyed the race.
