Completed the hilly trail race of AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race II ( 水塘杯 系列賽 2009-10 ) in Tai Lam Chung Reservoir in 1 hr 27 mins+ in the slightly cool morning on 2009/12/6 (Sunday).
The uphill steps on the 13 Km still reduced my running to walking.
I found this 15 Km run more difficult to complete than the Unicef Half marathon on last Sunday.
Nice to meet Saki of LongRun.hk and so many runners friends from hkrunners.com^.^
Enjoyed the race as usual^.^
