Having completed the Yuen Long Youth Festival 8K Race 2010 ( 元朗區 青年節 長跑賽 2010 ) in a moderate time of 42 mins in the slightly hot morning on 2010/6/6.
It's my first run / race after having a common cold in 8 days.
I was glad to meet so many runners' friends from LongRun.hk, hkrunners.com and Leisure Runners Club etc.
