It's probably my PB in 15 K race. (In fact I never race 15K on such flat race course before)^.^

Nice to meet so many runners friends in the race, especially greeted by a runner with the same name with me!

New Balance Gold Coast 15K 2011 - 6/11/2011

Completed the NB Gold Coast 15K 2011 in a moderate slow time of 1 hr 26 mins 17 secs in the sunny and hot morning on 6 Nov 2011.

It's my first time wearing my NB Minimus X-county running shoes (MO10BK) to run the race. Felt great but it's difficult to run in the continous uphill in the 1st Km. I chose to walk part of the uphill section and it spent me 7:38 mins to complete the 1st Km. I also found found the shoes was good in downhill section and I overtook several runners before the finishing line.

Enjoyed^.^

Taiwan Trip - 19 to 23 October 2011

I paid a 5 days visit to Taiwan from 19 to 23 in October 2011. The trip was from Southern Taiwan to Taipei via Kenting, Tai Tung and Hua Lien.

It's a regret that it spent too many time in coach travelling and I had not chance in trail walk or run.

I did had three spa within 12 hours which was really enjoyable to me.

Taiwan is really a good place to travel.

Completed the hilly course of Adidas AVOHK Reservoir Cup 2011 - 2012 Race I at Aberdeen Reservoir in a slow time of 70:44 mins in the sunny and hot morning on 16/10/2011.

Despite felt exhausted, still enjoyed the run.

Since my speed was neither fast nor slow, the last Km became my solo run, nobody was ahead nor behind^.^

Adidas AVOHK 5K Series 2011 (South Bay) - 8/10/2011

Completed the AVOHK 5K Series Race IV at South Bay in a moderate fast time of 24:58 mins in the afternoon on 8/10/2011^.^ Despite not running fast enough, still enjoyed the race.

Nice to meet so many friends in the race.

The 1st try of my NB Minimus MR10GB proved it effective of racing especially running swiftly on the sand beach. However the last 5 metres max sprint really made me feel the hard strikes on my palms^.^

Giga Sport HK X-Country 7.5 Race 2011 - 2/10/2011

Completed the HK X-Country 7.5 K Race in a muddy & swampy race course in a moderate slow time of 42:52 mins in the morning today.

Despite being muddy and exhausted, still enjoyed ^.^

Nice to meet so many runners friends in the race. Especially meeting top HK runner Thomas, his wife and lovely son who did not mind being hugged by me at all^.^
