AVOHK 5K Series 2011 Race III (Wan Chai Gap) - 24/9/2011








Just completed the AVOHK 5K Series Race III at Wan Chai Gap in a


moderate slow time of 28:13 mins in the afternoon on 24/9/2011.



Despite the slow time, I still enjoyed the race^.^
