Still felt tire after attending the AVOHK 5K Series Race III at Wan Chai Gap yesterday.

Just completed the AVOHK 5K Series Race III at Wan Chai Gap in a

moderate slow time of 28:13 mins in the afternoon on 24/9/2011.

Despite the slow time, I still enjoyed the race^.^

Thaiquain Cup 10K 2011 - 18/9/2011

Completed the Thaiquain Cup 10K Race in an extremely slow time of 59:14 mins in the very hot weather in the morning on 18/9/2011.

Nearly suffered from heat stroke since I felt cold and a little dizzy after crossing the finishing line^.^

Nice to meet many runners friends before and during the race^.^
