Completed the AVOHK 5K Series Race II at Tai Tam Tuk Reservoir in a cooler morning on 7 Sept 2013 in a "snail" time of 29:38 mins.
Despite my completion time is disappointing, I still enjoyed the race and felt happy to meet so many runners friends.
