Just having completed the 3.62 Km race at The Peak in 16 mins 45 secs. Despite the completion time was almost 70 secs slower than my time last year. It's already my fastest run since I hurted my back two weeks ago.
The weather today was perfect for running, and I enjoyed the run very much. I guess I ran too slow at the beginning, and could not make a faster time in the end of the race. Another nice run in 2008.
