Completed the 5 Km CyberRun 2009 ( 健康 萬步 數碼港 2009 ( CyberRun for Rehabilitation 2009) in a moderate time of 27 mins 36 secs which was 2 mins slower than my time in the same race in 2005.
Still enjoyed the race though^.^
Nice to meet some LongRun.hk's members including MJ, Saki in the race.
Moreover I introduced a young lady runner to join LongRun.hk later while I took minibus in the return trip.
