飛躍活力10公里長跑比賽 2009 - 2009/10/26

I completed the FTU 10 K Race 2009 ( 飛躍活力 10公里長跑比賽 2009 )in the sunny and slightly warm morning in a moderate time of 49 mins.

Despite still having sour legs after the 13.8 K Lifeline Express Charity Run two days ago, I could barely kept my pace in 5 mins per Km.

Enjoyed the race anyway!^.^
