Completed the Kappa Premarathon 30 K cum Shek Kong Premarathon 10K 2010 ( 第十一屆 Kappa 30km 馬拉松熱身賽暨 石崗 十公里賽 )'s 10 K run in the cold morning in 50:05 mins.
Despite it's still slow, it was already my PB in this race. Enjoyed^.^
Nice to meet many runners friends from LongRun.hk, hkrunners.com and Leisure Runners Club^.^
Surprisingly I ranked 4/43 in my category and was just 30 secs behind the 3rd prize winner.
