Just completed the Southern District Beach Run 2010 (5K) ( 南區 沙灘競跑 ) in a moderate slow time of 25:35 mins at Repulse Bay.
Enjoyed the race desite running on sands was still difficult to me^.^
Nice to meet some runners friends including Japanese runner Eiji, LAI Gut and Jun.
