Just completed the AVOHK 5 Km Series 09-10 Race I in the slightly hot afternoon in a satisfied time of 28 mins at Wanchai Gap on 2009/9/12.
I'm happy to meet many runners friends from LongRun.hk, hkrunners.com and Leisure Runners Club before the race.
Enjoyed the race.
