Just completed the Tsuen Wan National Day 8 K Race ( 荃灣區 國慶盃 8K 長跑賽 09 ) in a moderate time of 43 mins 24 secs (just 20 secs faster than last year) on 2009/9/27 (Sunday).
The opening 800 metres upsloping route still tortured me and the bright sun was another adverse factor.
Another nice race again!^.^
