Thaiquain Cup 10 K Race - 09/9/6

Just completed the Thaiquain 10 K 2009 ( 第25屆 泰基盃 10公里賽 ) in the extremely sunny and hot morning in a slow time of 57 mins+ on 09/9/6.

However it's already 7 mins + faster than my completion time of the same race last year.My Asics Excalibur 4 was proved so good in racing, and I could hardly feel the upslope course tim.Enjoyed the race despite only occasional breeze could be found.


I was so happy to meet so many runners friends too^.^
