Just completed the 10 K race in 51 mins+ in the cooler temperature this morning. I really felt like training run despite the final 100 m to overtake a young lady runner in front of me. Really enjoyed the race. I had a brief chat with the organizer LEE Ho Tung who mentioned he wished to quit from organizing races in the future. My instant response was like Simpson "Don't" cause I really appreciated the professionalism of the races organized by Marathon Pro and Mr LEE. Just having completed the 4 Km race in 23 mins+ at Wan Chai Gap earlier. The cooler weather was perfect for running, and the atomsphere was amazing too.Despite the completeion time was almost 2 mins+ slower than last yr, I really enjoyed the run. another nice race organized by HKLRRC again.

I've not completed any 10 K races in 50 mins for a while already.
The organizing of the race improved so much, but the abuse of plastic bags remained.
The cake given after the race was so delicious and I consumed it all.
The walk from Tai Po Station to the starting point was much longer than I expected. It took me almost 25 mins to walk in the rain.

Just completed my 1st KFBG 5.3 Km Run 2007 ( 二零零七年第十三屆嘉道理兄弟紀念跑 ) in 45 mins and ranked 89 among 220 finishing runners on 2007/12/16 (Sunday).
The route was really horrible steep, and I could not resist the temptation of walking uphill most of the time.
I felt good in overtaken 3 runners in the last 10 m uphill route (nearly 45 degrees).
Moreover since I walked too often, this race became a fast walk to me indeed.
Nice race and good organizing.
Probably will join the event next year too.
Just completed an inter-departmental 7 Km race in 33 mins+ earlier today.
The cooler temperature today is perfect for running.
Despite I did not try my best, I still found my pace pretty fast.
A nice race again (I doubt whether the distance is 7 Km enough though)

Despite I am a slow runner, it's still a slow completion time to me.
I found myself struggling to recover from the tireness produced by the two half marathon one or two week(s) ago.
It's my PW in the same race since 2004.
I felt my legs pretty heavy after about 10 K and had to walk most of the upward steps.
It's my PB of this race and was 6 mins slower than last year.
Still enjoyed the race anyway.
Having completed the captioned race in 1 hr 52 mins+ in the sunny morning today. This is my first time attening a race in Lantau Island. The route is nice and the organizing is very good too. Hope the SCM's organizer will learn something from them.
I was pretty lucky today. I sat next to a pretty CX air hostess when travelling by MTR to Sunny Bay, and had a nice chat with a uniformed SSgt when returning home by MTR. I really admired the officer who had completed full marathon in Boston Marathon already.
I really enjoy the race today. This is the first race of my seven races in December.
