Just completed the TWAC 10K Evening Run 2010 ( 荃灣田徑會 主席紀念盃 10公里 黃昏賽 ) in the cloudy but hot evening on 2010/7/4 in a moderate slow time of 54 mins.
I was pleased to meet and chat with many runners friends before and after the race.
Four runners were suffered from heat stroke and had to be hospitalized. Wishing them get well soon!
