Just completed the RRAC 8 K Summer Run ( 必達 夏日跑2010 ) in a slow time of 43 mins in the sightly warm morning on 2010/5/9.^.^ Despite the slow time, I still enjoyed the run!
Nice to meet with many runners friends including my younger brother Gary, friends from LongRun.hk, hkrunners.com and Leisure Runners Club^.^
