Panasonic Pacer 10K Race 2013 - 24 March 2013

Completed the Pacer 10k 2013 in an extremely slow time of 55:57 mins in a slightly warm and humid morning today.

The up and down and complex routes making the run more interesting.

However suffered from insufficient training and tiresome after the SCM full marathon, I still failed to run fast!
