Completed the HKMP Tolo Harbour 10K Race 2014 in the extremely warm and sunny morning on 13 April 2014 in an extremely slow time of 57:17 mins.
Having met so many runner friends before and after the race. Felt fine despite my completion time was so slow.

Completed the Panasonic Pacer Easter 10K Run 2014 on 6 Apr 2014 in a slightly warm morning at Pak Shek Kok promenade in a slow time of 54:58 mins.
Despite my running was slow, still enjoyed the race as usual.
