Dow Live Earth Run for Water - 2010/4/18

Completed the Dow Run for Water 6 K 2010 ( 陶氏 活樂地球–水危機 慈善賽跑2010 ) in a slow time of 31 mins 6 secs in the rainy morning today.

Nice to meet some runners friends from LongRun.hk, Leisure Racer Club and others today.

The distance of 6 Km is the average distance of the citizens of poor countries to collect water.

The race was well organized despite there was some rainfall before the race.

Pacer 10 K Race 2010 - 2010/4/4

Just completed Pacer 10 K Race 2010 ( 沙田 復活跑 2010 ) in a slow time of 51 mins 35 secs in the cooler temperature on 2010/4/4.

Despite it's a slow time, it's already my best record in 2010 (after my recovery from the virus attack in early 2010)^.^

Nice to meet so many runners friends today.

Especially thanks Saki for becoming my pacer in the last 2 Kms, otherwise I could not complete the race in 52 mins.
