I attended the Mizuno Half Marathon 2009 ( 美津濃半馬 ) in the sightly warm morning today. Despite I was still very tire after completing 4 races in two weeks, I managed to complete the race in a moderate time of 1 hr 55 mins+.
I was happy to meet so many runners friends in the race including Onon, MJ, Alex, Gills, Miller, Stephen, Stanley and others from LongRun.hk, Ma Wong, Rebecca, Money of Leisure Runners, MikeC, Eric and others from hkrunners.com, my brother Gary, Alain, Ruldolf and others.
I was happy to try the new tee of LongRun.hk today which was quite nice.
Enjoyed the race anyway.
I completed the Cheung Chau RTI 10 K Race 2009 ( 第八屆 中銀 長洲元旦 環島越野賽 ) in the sightly cool morning today. Due to frequent races lately, I could only complete the race in a moderate slow time of 57 mins. I could not help from walking at those long uphill routes which making my speed much slower.I was so happy to meet so many runners friends today including Ma Wong, Rebecca, Money, WahWah, Hoi and others from Leisure Runners, Keith & Horray from hkrunners.com, Alex and Sagi from LongRun.hk.Despite I ran slow, I really enjoy the race in Cheung Chau.
