HKDRC Hong Kong Half Marathon 08 - 08/10/27

Having completed the HKDRC Half Marathon ( 香港長跑會 第31屆 香港半馬拉松 ) in an very disappointed time of 124 mins+. It's also my worst half marathon record in 2008.

I was happy to meet so many runners friends and colleagues in the race including MJ, Crazy Treadmill, Alan, Wilson, Gills and others from LongRun.hk. Also felt happy to meet MikeC, CHIN, George and other runners from hkrunners.com. Nice to meet Ma Wong, Rebecca, Running Man from Leisure Racer Club. I was happy to see so many colleagues joining the race too.

The sunny weather was proved too hot to me, and I could not speed up anymore after half way.Disappointed but happy after the running.

AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race I 08 - Aberdeen Reservoir (08/10/19)

Just completed the 12 Km rocky trail run ( AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race I 2008 - Aberdeen Reservoir 香港仔水塘 ) in a slow time of 71 mins. The trail seems never ending to me today. I had to slow my run to jog at the final km at the catch water after a refreshing down slope run.

Nice to meet so many runners friends in the race including MJ, Alex and Sagi of LongRun.hk. I was also pleased to meet Roberto, Bhoova, Raymond, Kitty in the race.

After Ah Lui took over me at 3 Km, I could never catch up with her again. Congratulations to Ah Lui's prize winning!

By the way it's been a while not seeing Frances in races. I was surprised and happy to meet her again.

AVOHK 5 Km Race III & LWRC 1/4 Marathon

Having completed the AVOHK 5 Km Race in a sightly warm afternoon on 2008/10/11 (Saturday) in a slow time of 24 mins+. I was happy to see so many runners friends including MJ, nc and sport fighter from LongRun.hk. Also delighted to meet CHIN, Bhoova, Kitty, Cissy from hkrunners.com. Meeting Sarah of SSHH was my pleasure.

Having completed the LWRC Ulfenbo 1/4 Marathon 2008 ( 樂華 歐化寶 1/4 馬拉松賽 ) in the sightly hot morning on 2008/10/12 (Sunday) in an OK time of 54 mins+.
I was happy to meet so many runners friends including MJ, Alan, Stanley, Hang Hou Ox, Alex, Crazy Treadmill and others from LongRun.com. I also delighted to see my personal friend Alain, and Ma Wong, Running Man, Talentless Runner, Leon from Leisure Running Club. I was also glad to see Flw and Sars from Lovenature2007.com.
Despite I was not in my top form, I really enjoyed the race.
