Having completed the HKDRC Half Marathon ( 香港長跑會 第31屆 香港半馬拉松 ) in an very disappointed time of 124 mins+. It's also my worst half marathon record in 2008.
I was happy to meet so many runners friends and colleagues in the race including MJ, Crazy Treadmill, Alan, Wilson, Gills and others from LongRun.hk. Also felt happy to meet MikeC, CHIN, George and other runners from hkrunners.com. Nice to meet Ma Wong, Rebecca, Running Man from Leisure Racer Club. I was happy to see so many colleagues joining the race too.
The sunny weather was proved too hot to me, and I could not speed up anymore after half way.Disappointed but happy after the running.
