Kappa 第九屆 30k馬拉松熱身賽暨石崗10K - 2008/12/28

I attended the Hong Kong Marathon Pro 30 K pre-marathon cum 10 K Race 2008 ( Kappa 第九屆 30k馬拉松熱身賽暨石崗10K ) in the morning at Shek Kong today. I managed to complete the race in 53 mins+.

I was happy to meet so many runners friends including MJ, Saki, Tai Wai Runner, SLLEUNG and others from LongRun.hk; Ma Wong, Janice, Running Man, Leisure Racer and others from Leisure Runners; MikeC, Raymond and others from hkrunners.com; Sarah from SSHH.

I was lucky to have pictures taken with the 10 K prize winners Janice and Raymond after the prize presentation.
