Completed the Yuen Long District Youth Festival 8 Km Race ( 元朗 長跑比賽 ) in a slow time of 43 mins+ in the warm and humid morning today.
Nice to meet so many runners friends in the race including members of LongRun.hk, friends of Leisure Runners and friends of hkrunners.com.My right leg seizure woke me up at 0355 hrs before my alarm fulfilled it's duty, and I am pretty sleepy now.....................zzzzzzzz
