Completed the Tsuen Wan Asian Game 8 K 2010 ( 荃灣區 青少年暑期活動 閉幕禮暨長跑迎亞運 ) in a moderate time of 40:19 mins in the warm morning on 2010/9/26.
The sunny weather with high temperature and humidity really prevented me from running faster in the race.
Nice to meet so many runners friends from LongRun.hk, Leisure Runners Club and others.
