Completed the SPT Shek Kong 30Km cum 10Km Race 2013 in a chilling cold morning of 9C in a moderate slow time of 56:10 mins.
The race course contained a lot of ups and downs which added difficulties to the race.
Despite my completion time was slow, still enjoyed the race as usual.
