Pacer Summer Charity 8 K Run 2014 - 28 June 2014

I joined the Pacer Summer Charity 8 K Run 2014 - 28 June 2014 in the hot evening on 28 June 2014 after absent from running race for a month.

The temperature was hot and I still suffered from a minor back pain, so I could hardly complete the 8K race in an extremely slow time of 49:30 mins.

Disappointed but I still enjoyed the race.
