Tsuen Wan National Day 8 Km Running Race 2007 - 2007/9/30
Just completed the 8 Km running race in 42 mins+ in the sunny and extremely hot weather in the morning today.
TVB was the irst to blame or depriving me from enough sleeping after watching Death Note and the table tennis games played by my beloved female players.
Lacking sleeping not just worsen my performance, it also made me hot tempered. I apologized to those runners being scored by me with dirty words before and during the race.
I had to push my speed to the limit in the last 10 metres to prevent another runner overtaking me. So relieving.
Nice race anyway
