Reunification Run 08 (8.2 Km) & July 1st Parade

Just completed the 8.2 Km Reunification Run at the slightly hilly & muddy route in a slow time of 52 mins in the morning today.
The temperature was still hot with high humidity which added difficulties to the race.
After returned home and had my shower, I then proceeded to Siu Sai Wan Sports Ground to collect my running stuff for the EDSA 10 Km Run on the coming Sunday.
I then joined the July 1st parade ( 七 一 遊 行 ) which started at Victoria Park. The participants were stunning huge, and I had to spend more than one hour for jusdt walked out of Causeway Bay. I found it more tiring than complting a half marathon.

We are ready not only for the Beijing Olympic, but the universal suffrage in 2012 too.
