Just completed the TWAC 10 Km Evening Race in an OK time to me in 53 mins in the hot and humid evening yesterday. Luckily there was no rain but the humidity was still horrible.
I was happy to see so many runners friends before and after the race including my young brother Gary, Alain, Ruldolf, Ray, Suzanne, Ms Money, Beautiful Wife, Snail, Bernard, Berlingirl, and many LongRun.hk's members including Gills, Stanley, peteruno and etc.
